1) Dr. Trager uses the PLANKTON CAM to display live plankton highly magnified through a microscope on a big video screen. Note the model tugboat with plankton net attached on the table, that was used to catch the plankton earlier in the day.
2) Close-up shots through the microscope show a group of spiny crab larvae, red-eyed worm larva, and other strange zooplankton (animal plankton) frozen in action while swimming across the field of view.
